Came here on the weekend and purchased appliances for a new business. Deondre was amazing to deal with. Definitely ask for him when visiting. Good prices great service.

Today my husband and I purchased a few appliances from Dondre at Appliance Home Store. We were impressed by the selection and quality of their inventory. Very happy with the service, customer care, quality of products and delivery of product. Got a stove that I needed to match my other appliances. The whole process was smooth, easy and quick. Wide range to choose from and very knowledgeable assistant during the process. I Highly recommend.

Good selection. Nicely organized warehouse. Prices were reasonable. I found a very nice washing machine got it for well under retail and had it delivered the same day. The delivery service was slightly delayed and came later in the evening due to the fact that I needed it same day. How ever they did hold up their promise and I had it that day. The delivery driver kept me updated that he was running behind but assured me he was still coming. When he arrived he was professional and friendly. He made it to the basement flawlessly did not hit or scratch any walls. All in all it was a great consumer experience. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I needed a new dishwasher, so we thought we would check out the Appliance Home Store before we bought brand new. We were able to find one that made both of us happy. The price was good and dishwasher was in great shape. We highly recommend the Appliance Home Store! 5 out of 5 stars!

We were incredibly impressed with our experience with Appliance Home Store. Their staff member, Dondre, was eager to assist from the time I called to get information on a fridge to when we arrived in store. Staff were helpful with packing the appliances and assisting with loading in our vehicle. The quality of service by Dondre and other staff was excellent and prices were very reasonable.I highly recommend Appliance Home Store and will return in the future.

Stephanie, Dondre, the manager Kris and their warehouse team were amazing in helping me get my washer pedestal. They were even willing to check with their suppliers for the part as they did not have it in store at the time. I really appreciate the time they took to assist me to make sure I was happy with the product, had the right parts and had all my questions answered. I recommmend coming to them first before going anywhere else for your appliances and appliance accesory needs. Their prices are also great !

Great Service and Professional Staff. I bought a used Samsung Gas range and it was cleaned so well it looked brand new. They had no problem hooking it up so I could test all the functions to make sure everything worked before buying even though it comes with a 6 month warranty. They wrapped it up nice for the trip home and helped me load it in trailer. I will definitely be buying from them again. Well worth it. Keep up the great work Appliance Home! 👍

I Bought a second hand laundry machine from appliance home.I called 6 other places before landing there.What surprised me the most was how clean my blomberg machine was. It looked almost brand new.The laundry machine came with 6 months of warranty. Other places I searched gave 30 days warranty, 3 months at most.Staff were kind and super helpful. Monica was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions.This is my new appliance shopping place now.I highly recommend.

Got an excellent Service Experience with Appliance Home from Dondre / Stephanie / Monica and Jose.Initially Called to inquire regarding a Used/Refurbished GE Gas Stove have talked to Dondre over the phone. He specified that can test out the used GE Gas stove before purchasing.Stephanie made arrangement with Jose to have it tested. Since Jose is the only Service tech that could hook it to a Gas line.Jose has shown me that the Gas Stove Burner is working fine including the Oven functionality.Monica has advised regarding the warranty and prepared the paperwork accordingly.The GE Gas Stove was packed efficiently. With lose items packed and wrapped and kept inside the stove.Definitely a recommended shop!

My experience with Appliance Home Store was excellent, Stephanie was extremely friendly and respectful. Whenever I call about my shelves she was very patient with me great communication skills.Kriss service was great arrived on time very friendly he explain in detail what was wrong with my refrigerator.Excellent service super friendly I would highly recommend this company for your appliances.

I had an excellent experience with Appliance Home Store.I bought a refurbished Blomberg front-load clothes washer [WM77120BNL apartment-size stackable 24"width 1.95 cu. ft.] from them on June 4, 2024. It replaced my old washer which was the same model.I dealt with Monica from the store over the phone and she was wonderful with her explanations, follow-up emails, and coordination with the delivery company. The two delivery guys did a great job delivering, communicating, and taking my old busted washer away. It was very smooth and fast, start to finish. The washer (for two days now) is functioning well. Much appreciated.As an aside, I have plans to operate the washer in delicate mode only and ensure that the spin cycle is at a low 400 rpm to maximize longevity. I will also make sure to not load it very much, especially with fabrics of very different weights (ex. a few socks and underwear with one one pair of jeans). These are based on lessons I learned from my experience with my old washer.

Appliance Home Store is a reliable store to get your appliances at a discounted price. Many selections to choose from. Monica at the front desk is very helpful and goes over and beyond to please customers . I would recommend this place, if you are looking for good and economical appliances. Staff at this store are amazing! Very knowledgeable about all appliances. No sales pressure whatsoever, and very kind and courteous.Prices are very competitive. After sales service is excellent.They want to make sure the customer is satisfied and will spend the time helping customer to make a good choice.I went for the first time and purchased 3 appliances. Great selection of appliances, prices are reasonable compared to brand new. The store tests used appliances before selling as part of their 6 month guarantee. I didn't end up buying from here but I was happy with the overall process and will definitely give them a try for future appliance needs before going to a big box store.

This company is absolutely amazing! From purchase to pickup. I had a small issue with my dryer and they sent the AMAZING KRIS! Kris is the most personable, knowledgeable repairman I have ever met. He went above and beyond! He was so efficient and clean and so friendly! I honestly recommend Appliance Home Store to all my friends and family.
