Refurbished and Open Box Items

We make every effort to provide accurate information, however, we will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or incorrect information. Merchandise reduced due to damage will be fully disclosed to the extent of our knowledge.

Refurbished merchandise may be previously used, may contain deficiencies and may be missing some original accessories. Open box merchandise are new and may not contain any interior and exterior original packaging and may be missing some accessories. Please note, the images provided on the website may not represent the condition of the merchandise 100% and we recommend going to the showroom to physically view the merchandise in person.

Any defects on the merchandise will be noted during an in-store inspection at the time of purchase. Extended warranties can be purchased for an additional charge, but will exclude coverage of existing defects. Any cost for repairs or missing parts is the sole responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Appliance Home and our delivery subsidiaries work hard minimize damages and we encourage customers to inspect merchandise upon delivery. Any damage should be reported immediately to customer service @9056701180 or info@appliancehome.ca.

In the cases where a replacement is required, we will do our best to have one redelivered as soon as possible. If repairs are required, a service technician will be dispatched to repair your merchandise. Please allow for up to 10 days for a service appointment.
